Questions

Is the free plan a trial?

No. It doesn't expire and we don't ask for a card. If two models and a million predictions a month is all you need, stay there.

What counts as a prediction?

One row assessed by /assess. Sending 500 rows in one call counts as 500 predictions; sending them one at a time is still 500. Billing is based on predictions processed per calendar month, not the number of API calls or the size of any one request.

What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

Your account is never suspended and you're never locked out of the dashboard. New calls to /assess return a 429 with: "You have reached your monthly prediction limit. Upgrade your plan to continue processing predictions." Everything you've already stored — models, history, keys — stays exactly as it was. The counter resets at the start of the next calendar month, or upgrade any time to keep going immediately.

How do team seats work?

The workspace owner invites teammates by email from Account & keys. Everyone on a team shares the same models, API keys and billing — seats are logins, not separate accounts with separate limits.

Do you see my data?

Kirelta receives the feature vectors you send to /assess — it can't compute anything without them. It does not receive your model, your code, your labels, or your raw records. Baselines are stored so a model can be assessed later; everything else is transient. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Can Kirelta act on my systems automatically?

No — and this is deliberate. Kirelta produces a verdict, the evidence for it, and a recommendation. Acting on that is your call, in your code. There is no webhook that reaches into your infrastructure, and we will not add one quietly.
